3. Order and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.4 Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• You must have the original order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Grass Seed packages
• Opened Hydroponic Growing Media (clay pebbles, rockwool, etc.)
• All live plants (Indoor Plants & Garden Flowers)
• Cut or unrolled Landscape Fabric

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable method

5.4 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind.

5.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
