Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions. Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): We ship via reliable carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products, from our durable Barrel Planters and Elevated Garden Beds to our precision Gardening Tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and for product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Grass Seed (if the package has been opened)
- Hydroponic Growing Media (e.g., clay pebbles, rockwool, especially if opened)
- Indoor Plants & Garden Flowers (as all live plants are perishable)
- Landscape Fabric (if it has been cut or unrolled)
All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: In your email, let us know why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). If possible, include photos of the product(s) to help us assist you better.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you within 24 business hours with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item(s). Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the unused product in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds: Timing & Method
- Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order’s value.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and gladly cover the return shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
