If you’re not happy with an item, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Grass Seed (opened packages)
- Hydroponic Growing Media (e.g., clay pebbles, rockwool, opened packages)
- Indoor Plants (live plants are perishable)
- Garden Flowers (live plants are perishable)
- Landscape Fabric (if cut or unrolled)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: Let us know why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). If possible, include photos of the product(s).
- Receive Instructions: We will email you within 24 business hours with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item(s). Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the unused, original product in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and gladly cover the return shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
